The exhibition itself is staged as a building site and presented as a media spectacle. Visitors are greeted by the immersive experience of stepping onto a building site. A 50-metre-long projection screen transforms the museum’s Danube Hall into a panoramic cinema. Interactive stations, research terminals and digital games turn the visit into an interactive experience.

Every 20 minutes, the exhibition space transforms into a cinema featuring a 360° panorama that guides visitors through key moments and highlights projects such as the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal, Munich Airport in the Erdinger Moos and the Bavarian National Park. The exhibition uses hired scaffolding and aims to minimise its space requirements through the use of numerous reusable elements.
