The Hyper-Personalized Customer Experience

At CES 2024, Mercedes-Benz AG presented its vision of a hyper-personalized customer experience based on the new operating system MB.OS. Exciting features such as the MBUX Virtual Assistant were introduced, and the Concept CLA Class made its North American debut.

Inspired by the digital architecture of MB.OS, a large grid-like structure was designed for the presentation. Composed of both open and filled surfaces and illuminated by large LED walls, it formed a multi-layered spatial body bathed in glowing amber light.

Upon entering the colorful stand, visitors were greeted by the impressive Concept CLA Class. Inside the grid structure, everything revolved around the Mercedes-Benz driving experience at the highest level. At its center was a seating installation that invited visitors to explore the infotainment features of the future.

The stand attracted a large number of visitors interested in this cutting-edge technology. Throughout the event, it served as a hub for engaging conversations and dynamic exchange.
