At the EMO 2019 in Hanover, DMG MORI once again sought to underscore its leading position as a competence partner for metal-cutting manufacturing solutions. At the leading metalworking trade fair, the latest innovations in the fields of automation, integrated digitization and additive manufacturing are presented on an area of 10,000 m2, as well as pioneering technologies for digitalization and connectivity.

The successful stand concept is taken one step further: The thematic sorting of machine clusters is optimised and arranged in line with modern district planning. The overriding themes of digitalization and automation are emphasised to an even stronger degree. Newly developed, digital presentation furniture complements communication about products, technologies and services.These units can be combined in a modular way and will in future be used worldwide.
A central axis leads to the communicative highlight at the centre of the stand: a holographic show. An impressive holodeck is constructed from LED surfaces on the walls and floor of the stage. Holographic 3D effects allow machines, their features and digital technologies to appear three-dimensional, enabling moderators to interact directly with this virtual content. A spacious grandstand invites visitors to linger, while offering a perfect view of the stage. A range of thematic shows and expert talks ensures a smart and visually impressive display in the show area.
