We combine in-house expertise and services in strategic consulting, conception and design with those of a planning office for temporary structures, museum design and exhibition architecture, as well as production for film, media and interaction. We are looking for you to join our team in Stuttgart as soon as possible as a Senior Project Manager for Media and Communication (m/f/x).
Your tasks:
- Take charge of a wide range of media projects, from initial concept through to final delivery
- Work closely with the creative team and interdisciplinary teams, managing processes so all project phases flow seamlessly into one another
- Coordinate projects involving film editing, 2D/3D animation, sound production, photography, filming and programming
- Take responsibility for schedules, capacity planning and financial control, contributing significantly to successful project delivery
- Present yourself confidently to national and international clients, effectively managing communication, decision-making and expectations
Your profile
- Degree in media management, advertising, communication or a related field
- Experience working in an agency or film production company; proficient in MS Office and Keynote
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with a clear overview even in complex situations
- Clear communication in German and English, confident in giving presentations
- Initial experience in film production, animation or programming, with an interest in further developing this knowledge
