We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (m/f/x) with a focus on strategic client management, communication, and digital experience.
jangled nerves – communication architects: We create experience design: spatial and media experiences and spatial communication for museums, exhibitions, themed spaces, showrooms, visitor centers, trade shows, and events. Our interdisciplinary team in Stuttgart and Shanghai specializes in the fascinating intersection of the physical and digital worlds. We bring together in-house expertise and services in strategic consulting, conceptualization, and design with those of a planning firm for temporary structures, museum design, and exhibition architecture, as well as production for film, media, and interactive experiences. Our goal is to create collective experiences that leave a lasting impression and enrich brands with a dimension that remains yet to be discovered.
For one of our strategically important clients in the technology sector, we are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to further develop the client relationship at both the strategic and operational levels. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with other national and international clients in our culture, industry, and brand communication sectors. Do you already have experience managing and developing demanding client relationships, understand complex technological and communication issues, and enjoy taking on responsibility?

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume strategic and operational responsibility for an international key account in the technology sector, working closely with senior management
- Develop and maintain a long-term, trusting client relationship at the decision-maker level
- Provide strategic advice to the client on communication, experience design, digital solutions, and innovative communication formats
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the key account
- Manage interdisciplinary teams spanning strategy, creative, design, technology, and production
- Lead projects such as film and media projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of professional experience in a strategic consulting firm, agency, or similar communications environment
- Experience in managing and strategically developing national and international clients
- Experience working with complex, technology-driven clients and topics
- Interest in and understanding of technology, digitalization, and innovative communication solutions
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
