Large-format films are projected on the walls at an angle. The fight between Romans and Teutons is staged with the help of a video art installation. The associative images were shot by Saejung Kim, a Korean video artist, and then composed to a three-dimensional double projection with sound collage.
Loudspeakers are integrated into the projection wall and the floor, causing a physical experience. Deconstructed films work with small, closed infinite loops divided across several screens adding up to the complete film. The interface in form of a rotary wheel lets visitors travel through the comprehensive archaeological findings. The graphic interface reacts to the wheel’s rotary speed.
